bdjacpot Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the authority operating the bdjacpot platform ("bdjacpot", "we", "us") and every registered or unregistered user ("you", "member"). These Terms apply in accordance with Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

1.2 Changes to Terms

bdjacpot reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

The original version of these terms is written in Bengali. In the event of any conflict between versions in different languages, the Bengali version will take precedence. Where any clause is unclear in its interpretation, bdjacpot's interpretation will be considered final.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

To create an account on bdjacpot, the following conditions must be met:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• The applicant must not be accessing from a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Each person may operate only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Process

3.1 Age Verification Requirements

bdjacpot is committed to keeping minors (those under 21 years of age) away from gaming. At any time and for any reason, bdjacpot may request documents to verify your age and identity. 5.1 Deposits

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer is subject to its own conditions, which will be stated on the relevant offer page.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or game categories.

6.3 VIP Program

The bdjacpot VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold and up to 1.2% at Platinum. You can progress to a higher tier based on your gaming activity.

7.1 Game Outcomes

The outcome of all games on bdjacpot is determined through certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Outcomes are entirely impartial and not predetermined. If a game outcome appears abnormal due to a technical error, bdjacpot reserves the right to void the relevant round.

7.2 Betting Rules

Each game has specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. It is not possible to change or cancel a bet while a round is in progress.

7.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events) and other sports events. Whether a bet will be refunded in the event of a cancellation or postponement will be determined according to the conditions of the specific event.

8.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

3. Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
4. Operating an account using another person's identity.
5. Misconduct or making threats towards bdjacpot staff.

10.1 Service Availability

bdjacpot always strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be disrupted in the following circumstances and bdjacpot will not be held responsible in such cases:

• Technical maintenance or upgrades.
• Internet connection issues (on the user's end).
• Unexpected technical errors.
• Third-party payment gateway issues.

10.2 Liability for Financial Loss

Any financial loss from gaming is entirely at the user's own risk. bdjacpot does not provide compensation for any gaming losses. bdjacpot reserves the right to void any disproportionate winnings caused by a technical error.

11.1 Account Closure by bdjacpot

bdjacpot reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification.
• Evidence that the account holder is a minor.

11.2 Account Closure by the User
